Call for Entries Now Open for 2015 Hunting Art Prize

The Hunting Art Prize announces the call for entries for its 2015 competition, giving artists in Texas an opportunity to vie for a $50,000 prize. 

 

The competition, which is celebrating its 35^th anniversary, is open to artists who are legal residents of Texas and at least 18 years of age or older by Aug. 1, 2014.  Artists can participate by completing the electronic sign up form available at www.huntingartprize.com and uploading one digital image of their artwork. 

 

A single two-dimensional piece that complies with the terms and conditions may be submitted for the prize.  The digital file must be in JPEG format – no less than 1 MB and no greater than 2 MB in size.  Artwork must be uploaded at the time the artist signs up for the competition. 

 

All entries must be submitted no later than midnight on Sunday, Nov. 30, 2014.
