UVAL ZIP LOCK IT Benefit

Call for Entries

The Upper Valley Art League invites artists to
participate in our 1st annual Open Invitational
exhibition benefit. We are looking for artists to
donate original artwork that fits inside an 8"x11" Zip
Lock bag. The exhibition is open to artists from
absolute beginners to seasoned professionals working
in all media, including but not limited to painting,
printmaking, sculpture, drawings, works on paper,
photography and mixed media are all welcome.
Opening Reception: Friday February 29th 2008 • 6 pm
Admission is free refreshments will be served.
ZIP LOCK IT is a show and sale of original art. Each
separate artwork will be sold for $20 on a first-come,
first-served basis.
The Upper Valley Art League is a non-for profit
organization. The League benefits annually from the
generous operating support of its members. Additional
funds are gratefully received from the contributions
of individuals, corporations, and grants. These monies
allow the Upper Valley Art League to exhibit and
educate member artists and to enrich the community
through visual arts.
We appreciate your generous donation of artwork!
Deliver or mail your artwork to arrive by, February
27, 2008
Include: Artist name, title, medium and date of
artwork.
Note: UNSOLD artwork will NOT be RETURNED, UNLESS a
self addressed, stamped and properly sized packaging
is included. Hand delivered work maybe be pick up
after the show. Please attach proper postage for
return of artwork. UVAL is not responsible for lost or
damaged artwork in the mail. Artists are responsible
for delivery and pickup of work. Mail or deliver to:
